Chiropractic Marketing Revealed: Let’s Use Facebook to Drive in 12 New Patients Fast & At No Cost

If you’re still not on Facebook, here’s another compelling reason for you to do so: you can use it as a very effective chiropractic marketing method! One client of mine gained 12 patients after a week of advertising through the popular networking site. Now I’d be happy to share how he managed to do this through the following steps.
What are good reasons why chiropractors use Facebook?
This website is one of the most registered for websites in the world: It has over 200 million registered users. Talk about size!
If we talk about the time that these users spend logged on the website, you’ll see that over 4 billion minutes are spent by users in Facebook. There are over a 100 million users that use the website at least once a day.
This piece of information should be taken into consideration by chiropractors: a good percentage of Facebook users are beyond the college age and are 35 years old and older.
Another good statistic says that an average Facebook user has 120 friends in his network.
If you will do quick math, connecting with 200 of your patients on Facebook already allows you to advertise and reach out to 24,000 future clients!
Convinced? Here are three steps to market your clinic using Facebook:
1. Find or invite your patients on Facebook
The client I mentioned earlier used to have only 500 patients in his book and so I advised him to use Facebook to his advantage.
When he did join Facebook, he began to add friends using his account. To make this even easier, he allowed Facebook to add more friends via invites using his contacts’ email addresses.
2. Tap into the power of videos to get attention.
Videos are excellent ways to attract attention to your Facebook profile. In general, people love to watch videos because it sparks their interests. The chiropractor I mentioned a while ago posted a video about how can chiropractors help heal back pains.
The video was uploaded first in Youtube but was reuploaded in my client’s Facebook page. The whole process was simplified by Facebook.
Video posts are actually very popular on Facebook! More than 10 million people upload their videos each month, and it’s a great way for contacts to take notice and be active on your page.
3. Emails are the finishing touch, so utilize!
Emails are very effective ways to disseminate information and encourage them to visit your Facebook page . My chiropractor client sent an email to his patients and with it, sent he link to his Facebook page and content.
So now his patients have received two messages:
- An email from the doctor inviting his patients to use Facebook; - And a link leading all of them to watch the video on his profile.
What are the effects of utilizing Facebook as a marketing strategy?
It’s very easy to get potential patients to visit your page and learn about your practice if your site gets a lot of activity via your existing patient’s feedback. Remember that one of your average clients will have 120 contacts, and all of these people will be using Facebook frequently sooner or later.
My client found his 12 new clients within a week just by following the three steps. When he shared the video to his clients on Facebook, they in turn shared the video and his page to their own contacts.
This client of mine maintained this constant activity by regularly uploading new videos Facebook and telling his clients about it via email. These methods produce the patients for him.
If you follow the steps mentioned above, you would be able to utilize Facebook to its fullest potential as a marketing tool. Uploading videos and constantly being active in your page would guarantee patients, and all this for free!
